Gatlinburg Events July 2023

July 1st

The Gatlinburg Farmers Market is in full swing and continues every Saturday until October 21st. This is a great place to go out and get some of the fresh produce that the Smokies has been known to produce.

Smoky Mountain Tunes and Tales is another great adventure for everyone to enjoy. The even t happens daily, but is a summer long street performance festival. The exciting part is the costumed performers and storytellers, who are going to portray characters as far back as the 1800s. This event runs daily until July 31st.

Rossdafareye will be at Gatlinburg Brewing Company. So it would be a great chance to check this out and have a good time!

July 2nd

Arrow Creek Campground will be holding an early 4th of July cookout. This event may be limited to people in the campground, but even then it should be a great event and you can always reach out to see what you have to do to participate or attend the cookout.

July 3rd

The Harlem Globe Trotters is a famous and very talented basketball team. Now, is the chance to have a meet and greet with the Harlem Globetrotters at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

If you want to check out the parade floats and the parade viewing early, then you will want to hit up Ole Red. This is a place that has a great viewing party planned for the midnight parade.

July 4th

Gatlinburg does try to claim to be the first to have a 4th of July parade in America. That holds true for the most part for parades actually on the 4th. That comes from the fact that the city host a parade that starts at midnight.

If you want to keep on burning the midnight oil then you need to catch the Gatlinburg Fireworks Finale. This is a great event and one that you can enjoy from around the Space Needle area.

The River Raft Regata is another great adventure on the 4th of July in Gatlinburg. The river raft regatta starts at the old Christ in the Smokies Museum Bridge. Now, the event is fun to watch, but for the younger kids it can get boring quickly at times.

If you are able to secure a ticket the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park does have a VIP viewing party for the fireworks.

July 5th

Ober Gatlinburg is getting in on the events as well with Mountain Grass Band coming into the location.

July 6th

July 7th

The Gatlinburg Craftmen’s Fair is a great adventure and a great way to catch some of the different handmade items. This fair is a great adventure and while it can be crowded at times it is well worth the cost of admission to get to see the various crafts that are in the area.

The Gatlinburg Brewing Company continues to impressive with live music with Evan Thor performing on this date.

Basketball comes alive in Gatlinburg with the Hoopz Summer Championship taking place in the city.

July 8th

Ole Red is going to have some live music happening. The musicians are typically very good and talented, but provide a wide range of musical styles.

Jon Perry will be at the Gatlinburg Brewing Company to perform.

Nail Art Class at NTE 2023 is taking place at 9 AM until 4 PM at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

The Pedicure with Confidence is taking place as well at the Convention center. A great time to get all of your nail certifications caught up!

LCN Hard Gels Made Easy is another great course being offered at the nail event at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

July 9th

The Gatlinburg Craftmen’s Fair is continuing on this date. The location for the fair is at the Convention center and provides you a great chance to catch some local goods that are handmade.

Nail Tech Events of the Smokies 2023 is going to take place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

July 10th

Ole Red will be having live music again. This is a great time to catch some artists that you may have never heard of before.

The Gatlinburg Craftmen’s Fair is going to continue on this day as well. The doors open at 10 AM at the convention center.

A Holiday Nail Art Class with the kit included is taking place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Now, this is most likely a preregister event and most likely for the nail tech event that is happening the day before.

The CND Liquid & Powder & Shellac Certification courses are going to be taking place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center starting at 10 AM.

July 11th

The band The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys are going to be at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The event starts are noon, which is earlier than most events.

Corey Zink and Company will perform at Ole Smoky Moonshine.

July 12th

July 13th

Ryan Perry Music is going to be at Ole Red starting at 4 PM.

July 14th

Steve Laciak is coming to the Gatlinburg Brewing Company to perform.

The Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies is hosing a Mermaid Slumber Party. This event is a great one for the little kids and obviously is an event that takes place at night with the fish.

The Cleverlys are set to perform at the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery.

Nicholas Edward Williams is set to perform at the Sugarlands Distilling Company.

Now, I am unsure what this event is even, but the 2023 Isshinryu Hall of Fame event is being held at the Gatlinburg Convention Center until July 15th.

July 15th

Toby Gibson is headlining at the Gatlinburg Brewing Company.

Justin Mychals is going to be performing at Ole Red.

Speaking of basketball it is back again with the Summer Heat Basketball event and that last until the end of July 16th.

July 16th

The Gatlinburg Craftmen’s Fair is going to continue to be held on this date with the fair starting at 10 AM.

Corey Zink and Company will perform at the Ole Smoky Moonshine.

Ober Gatlinburg loves Mountain Grass Band and is having them back out again for 4 nights until the 23rd of the month.

The 2023 AmeriFest US Nationals are going to take place in Gatlinburg until July 23rd. If you are looking for beauty pageants or want to get a glimpse into this lifestyle, then you need to check this event out!

Alicia Harvey will be performing some great music at Gatlinburg Brewing Company. Check out the chance to see a musician and a live music act before they become world famous!

July 22nd

Shelby Cline is going to be performing at Gatlinburg Brewing Company.

The Southeast School Saftey Summit is set to take place in Gatlinburg over the next 2 days here at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

A Very Merry Christmas in July is set to kick off the weekend here and last until the 29th at the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

Tanner Burch is going to perform at the Gatlinburg Brewing Company and should provide plenty of excitement for everyone.

Who would not want to learn more about the plants in the Great Smoky Mountains? Well, I know one event that has us excited is the Plant Diversity and Tree Identification event that is being hosted at the Sugarlands Visitor Center.

July 30th

Whisky Business live at West Gate Resort is something that is going on here. The start is at 7 PM, but it may not be suitable for people who are younger, but also you may have to find out how to attend as we could not find much information on the event.

July 31st
