What Is Our Favorite Dish From Bennett’s

This is actually a lot harder than what it sounds because the location serves all three meals. However, we are going to list our favorite dish from each of the meals. This way you can see just how wonderful the menu is.

The breakfast menu is actually very easy to work out because the restaurant only serves a breakfast bar. So the breakfast is nice and hot, compared to a hotels. However, at the same time it reminds us to much of the breakfast bar type of food that we can get at home and that simply does not work for us.

Lunch is a completely different story as people are finally starting to wake up and the kitchen has started to show some life. The main dish that we enjoy for lunch is the beef brisket. The meal has the great taste to it, but it will make it quite a bit easier for people to get the food they need to head out in the mountains. It is interesting to note that Bennett’s makes a BBQ sauce that is specific for beef, so that is a unique twist that makes some great food.

At dinner we have a tendency to go a little bit overboard on the meals that we order. Since that is the case, we usually end up getting some great food that is combined in the Bar-B-Que Combo. This is a combination of the great bar-b-que that they provide and it is simply a filling meal that you can enjoy on your own, but you can also take and enjoy the food as a family. So this is a great meal for you to enjoy while you are here.

What We Did Not Like

The main thing that we did not like here was the fact the breakfast is set up as a bar. Now I know that we cannot expect every restaurant to serve breakfast, but if you are going to do a breakfast bar and you are in a barbecue restaurant I would expect to have a unique twist. Granted the food is great, but for me it seems like it is just like any of the other breakfast bars that I can go to when I am at home.

Our Final Rating Of Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que 9 Stars Out Of 10

This is going to be easy. We love the place and want to eat more each time we go here. Outside of having to find breakfast from some of the other restaurants we are going to give Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que in Gatlinburg a 9 star rating. We simply love this location and cannot wait to eat here each time we are visiting Gatlinburg.
