Finding a water park in Gatlinburg is going to be a lot easier than what you think. However, you will find it can be difficult to gain access to some of the water parks at times and that is because some of them are located inside of the resorts or other locations that you could be staying at. Since this is the case, you should make sure you know about the fact that the Wild Bear Falls Water Park is part of the Westgate Resort property. With that being said, you are going to have to look at the resort here as this is one of those water parks that will give you some great comforts, but with the water park it has an added bonus. What Does The Location Offer

• This is an indoor water park that has plenty of slides for your entire family to enjoy and plenty of pool space.
• The comfortable condition is going to really help you feel better about what you are doing here. Some of the comforts will come from the fact the location is the heated pool, but the other comfort will come from knowing that you do have lifeguards that are stationed in the pool area that will help keep a watchful eye out on everyone.
• When you are at this location you may start to marvel at the amount of water that is flowing through the area and that is because this is an indoor pool that has claims to being the fifth largest indoor water resort in the country and it will move 300,000 gallons of water in a single day.

Is The Location Friendly For Kids

What is nice about this location is it is a very kid friendly place to go. This means you can bring your kids in and have a great time. I will warn you if your kids are under the age of 10 you will ahe to stay in the location with them, but if you are like me leaving your kids alone when on vacation would definitely not make any sense at all.

Does The Location Allow Non-Guest

This is a great question and the answer is yes, the location does at the time of this review allow non-guest. You do have to buy a guest pass to get in, but they are fairly reasonable compared to some of the other costs that you could end up paying for the locations that are nearby. Not only that, this is a great way for you to go out and unwind when you and your kids are trying to unwind from a day in the mountains.

What I Like About The Location

I love the fact the water park has the pools that are being temperature controlled and a lot more contained than Splash Country. This makes it easier for you to bring your kids into the location and know your kids are going to be contained and you do not have to worry so much about the kids wondering off or you losing track of them when you are in a larger area like Splash Country.

The other thing that you will like, because I like it as well, is the fact the weather does not impact the amount of fun you are going to have at the location. That is because the water park is indoors and that means you can go swimming even when it is snowing outside and that is a major plus and definitely something that I really love about this location.

What I Dislike About The Location

As far as water parks go in the Gatlinburg area, this is one of the original locations. This does make it a little bit dated as it is older as well. So you will find this is going to have an older type of feel to it, but your kids are still going to have a good time as it involves pools and it is a water park. Now, another issue that has been reported quite a bit is the company leaves the opening or retractable portion of the roof closed almost all the time.

My Final Thoughts On Wild Bear Falls Water Park

I have to say this park is one that is very nice, but it is definitely a park that will take require you to stay at the resort. So you will want to make sure you know about this before you even plan on making a day at the water park. However, if you are staying at the resort, I will say that this is one location that definitely is nice and has plenty of water for you and your kids to enjoy. What is really great is you do have the chance to go out and buy some extra tickets that will allow you to have a single day or even up to a five-day pass to get into the water park. Overall, this is a great location and if you are looking to get your kids out to something enjoyable you will love the Wild Bear Falls Water Park.
