Sometimes you may think that you have found your dream location when you are traveling only to find out after the fact that you were wrong. However, when you are looking at The Summit of Gatlinburg you will often find that this is more than just a hotel and actually is a condo location that has rentals for you to rent. So this will make it easier for you to get the right feel for the place right off the bat. However, what you need to realize is this is going to be a challenge because as a condo you are not going to get some of the same things you will find in a hotel or come to expect to see in a hotel. So you need to take this into consideration when you are looking at The Summit as your destination. On the good side the location has both an indoor and outdoor pool as well, so this will make it a lot easier for you to get the enjoyment that you want when you are staying at the location. If you have kids or want to eat outside you will enjoy the fact this location offers you barbecue grills to use, but also has a playground that will allow you to have a place for your kids to play if you are not in the mountains.
Location Of The Summit Of Gatlinburg
The location of most of the hotels in Gatlinburg are very easy to find, but for this one it is up and out of town which is going to make it a little bit harder for you to find. Since that is the case, you will want to have some directions on how to reach the location. The address is listed below:

As you can tell by the name Ski, this is a location that is off of Ski Mountain Road. You will want to take River Road, to avoid some of the congestion on Parkway and turn right onto Ski Mountain Road. You will follow Ski Mountain Road up quite a ways until you reach Upper Apline Way. You will follow this road to Bavarian Way, which you will turn left onto. After you turn left on this you will follow it around while it wraps around and you will see it turns into Ski View Drive. Off of Ski View Drive you will see a road called Ski High Way that is a loop style road. You turn onto that and that is where you will find The Summit of Gatlinburg. Please note that these are the directions from town, but their are a couple of other ways to get up to the location.
