In fact, if you want to stay some place, like Gatlinburg, and keep your budget in mind it is very important for you to consider a different location than a name brand hotel. That is exactly what you will get with the Kingwood Inn in Gatlinburg. This is a location that is not owned by any of the brand names, but it is also a location that has had some fairly decent reviews about it. This does not mean that it is the perfect location by any means, but it is a location that is going to make it a lot easier for you to have a great trip that you can afford and not spend a fortune for.

This is a location that does have a seasonal outdoor pool. However, the seasonal pool is something that you may want to consider if you are planning on taking a trip to the region in the middle of winter and are thinking about going swimming. The Kingwood Inn does have a nice picnic area that you can use as well, but even then you need to be mindful of the fact that it can be rather difficult to do this in the middle of winter as well.

Some of the drawbacks that you will find is the Kingwood Inn has been reported as being very dated. Some of the people who have written reviews on the websites have reported the guests have often felt like they were sent back into the 1980’s. So if you do not mind having a dated room to stay in then you have found the perfect location, but if you just want a place to sleep in then you may find the Kingwood is a great place to stay at.

To reach the Kingwood, you are going to find that you will want to turn left onto Cherokee Orchard Road, which is going to be the road past the aquarium on the left hand side off of the Parkway. You will turn onto this road and then you will start to go up the hill a little bit and you will find that Bishops Lane is the first road on the left hand side. You will take this road to the end and the Kingwood will be the last place on the right hand side of the road.
